Return Policy
Your offer to purchase goods is accepted upon the terms and conditions stated below. Any additional or different terms and conditions proposed by you are rejected and shall have no effect. You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these terms, all products and services listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us or we will not be obligated to sell the products or services to you. We may choose not to accept orders at our sole discretion, even after we send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered.
In order to be eligible for a Return or Refund, you have to contact us within 30 calendar days of your purchase. If one of your products are damaged on shipment we will send out a replacement product. We do ask that you email us a photo of the damaged product. With Restoor we are very confident in our products if for some reason you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase of one of our products we will refund your purchase within 14 days of purchase.
