Glowing & healthy looking skin can be achieved by following these easy steps.
1. Drink Enough Water
Your skin in the largest organ in your body. Drinking enough water will help keep your skin hydrated to keep your skin plump to minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Water helps your skin retain moisture which improves your skin's elasticity. Skin elasticity is your skin's ability to stretch then bounce back.
2. Use Sunscreen Daily
If you want to reduce the signs of aging, then sunscreen should be one of your go-to skincare beauty products. Going out in the sun without proper protection can damage the collagen and connective tissues of your skin, which means you can lose elasticity and gain wrinkles.
Being exposed to high levels of UV rays for extended periods of time can cause pesky dark spots or age spots. Sunscreen helps protect your skin from UV rays. Vitamin-C or L-Ascorbic Acid works great at minimizing the appearance of Dark Spots. Our Vitamin-C Luminous Glow Serum helps brighten your skin tone, minimize dark spots & also pairs great with sunscreen when used in the morning.
3. Moisturize Skin Regularly
A quote from one of my favorite movies growing up was "Moisture is the key to essence" said by Ben Stiller in Zoolander.
This quote could not be more true! Keeping your skin moisturized by using active ingredients like Hyaluronic-Acid, Vitamin-C, & Vitamin-B5 will help keep your skin from drying out. When your skin is moisturized it helps to prevent the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while giving your skin the youthful glow you've been craving.
4. Avoid Smoking
Smoking is bad for your health in many ways. The toxins in cigarette smoke contain free radicals which will damage collagen and elastin. When your skin barrier is weaker you are more prone to wrinkles, fine lines and just bad overall skin health. Ditch the cigarettes for a healthier lifestyle!
5. Get Enough Sleep
While you sleep, your skin builds new collagen which helps prevent sagging. More collagen means skin is plumper and less likely to wrinkle.
Only getting 5 hours a night can lead to twice as many fine lines as sleeping 7 would. It also leaves skin drier, which can make lines more visible.
